1. About Us

This website is operated by Urban54, a trading name of BK Safety & Workwear Limited. Throughout these terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Urban54 / BK Safety & Workwear Limited. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Ordering

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order. We will send you an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. A legally binding contract between you and us is formed only when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

3. Pricing & VAT

All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the current UK rate unless otherwise stated. We make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error on your order, we will contact you to inform you and give you the option to continue with the order at the correct price or cancel it.

Delivery charges are in addition to the product price and are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

4. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken at the time your order is placed. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. You confirm that the payment method used is yours and that sufficient funds are available to cover the cost of the products ordered.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. For full details of our delivery options and charges, please see our Delivery Information page.

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Title to the products shall pass to you once we have received payment in full.

6. Returns & Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by email to [email protected] or by phone on 01onal 446000.

Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement. We will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.

8. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are accurate. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to monitor settings. Product images are for illustrative purposes and the actual product may differ slightly from the image shown.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you in respect of all losses arising under or in connection with the contract shall in no circumstances exceed the total price of the products ordered. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of anticipated savings.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Urban54 / BK Safety & Workwear Limited or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
